๐Ÿ”ฅ Air Fryer Ribeye Steak (Bossingly Bossing Style)

Ingredients

  • 1 ribeye steak (1โ€“1.5 inches thick)

  • 1 tbsp Bossingly Bossing seasoning

  • 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)

  • 1 tbsp avocado oil (or olive oil)

  • Bossingly Bossing Compound Butter (optional but elite โ€” see below)


Instructions

1. Prep the Steak

  1. Pat steak dry with paper towels. (This is key for browning.)

  2. Rub with avocado oil on both sides.

  3. Season both sides generously with Bossingly Bossing (and garlic powder if using).

  4. Let it sit 10โ€“15 minutes at room temperature โ€” this makes the flavor hit deeper.


2. Air Fry

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400ยฐF for 3โ€“5 minutes.

  2. Place steak in the air fryer basket (no foil needed).

  3. Cook:

Doneness Time per Side Total Time
Medium-Rare 4 minutes, flip, 3โ€“4 minutes 7โ€“8 min
Medium 5 minutes, flip, 4โ€“5 minutes 9โ€“10 min
Well-Done 6 minutes, flip, 5โ€“6 minutes 11โ€“12 min
  1. Flip halfway for best crust.


3. Rest and Finish

  1. Remove steak and rest for 5 minutes (locks the juice in).

  2. Top with Bossingly Bossing Compound Butter and let it melt ๐Ÿ˜ฎ๐Ÿ’จ๐Ÿ”ฅ


๐Ÿ”ฅ Quick Bossingly Compound Butter (if you want the chef finish)

Mix together:

  • 1 stick softened butter

  • 1โ€“1.5 tbsp Bossingly Bossing

  • 1 tsp minced garlic

  • 1 tsp chopped parsley (optional)

  • Roll + chill.
    Slice + lay on hot steak so it melts all over.
