Due to the nature of our products (seasonings and food items), all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for health and safety reasons.

However, we want you to be completely satisfied. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@mistermezsskitchen.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund for any verified issue caused by us. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
