Boss Avocado Toast

Ingredients:

• 2 slices sourdough bread, toasted

• 1 ripe avocado

• 1 tsp lemon juice

• 1/2 tsp Bossingly Bossing seasoning

• 2 poached or fried eggs (optional)

• Hot honey or chili flakes (optional)

Instructions:

1. Mash avocado with lemon juice and Bossingly Bossing.

2. Spread mixture onto toasted bread.

3. Top with egg if using and drizzle with hot honey or sprinkle chili flakes.
