πŸ”₯ Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Ready in: 15 minutes | Serves: 2–3

πŸ₯© Ingredients:

  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized cubes

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

  • Salt & pepper (or use 1 tbsp Bossingly Bossing instead)

  • Optional: chopped parsley or chili flakes for garnish

🍳 Instructions:

  1. Prep the Steak:

    • Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels.

    • Season with salt & pepper or Bossingly Bossing seasoning for full flavor.

  2. Sear the Steak:

    • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

    • Add steak cubes in a single layer (don’t overcrowd). Sear for about 1–2 minutes per side until browned but still juicy.

    • Remove from pan and set aside.

  3. Make Garlic Butter:

    • In the same pan, reduce heat to medium.

    • Add butter and minced garlic. Stir for 30 seconds until fragrant (don’t burn it!).

  4. Finish the Bites:

    • Return steak bites to the skillet and toss in the garlic butter to coat evenly.

    • Cook for another 1–2 minutes, just to warm through and absorb flavor.

  5. Serve Hot:

    • Sprinkle with parsley, chili flakes, or a fresh squeeze of lemon if desired.

πŸ” Serving Ideas:

  • Over mashed potatoes or rice

  • With roasted veggies

  • In tacos, wraps, or bowls

  • Drizzle extra garlic butter on top!
