π₯ Garlic Butter Steak Bites

1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized cubes

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp butter
-
4 garlic cloves, minced
-
Salt & pepper (or use 1 tbsp Bossingly Bossing instead)

Optional: chopped parsley or chili flakes for garnish
π³ Instructions:

Prep the Steak:

Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels.

Season with salt & pepper or Bossingly Bossing seasoning for full flavor.

Sear the Steak:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add steak cubes in a single layer (donβt overcrowd). Sear for about 1β2 minutes per side until browned but still juicy.

Remove from pan and set aside.

Make Garlic Butter:

In the same pan, reduce heat to medium.

Add butter and minced garlic. Stir for 30 seconds until fragrant (donβt burn it!).

Finish the Bites:

Return steak bites to the skillet and toss in the garlic butter to coat evenly.

Cook for another 1β2 minutes, just to warm through and absorb flavor.

Serve Hot:

Sprinkle with parsley, chili flakes, or a fresh squeeze of lemon if desired.
