Bossingly Bossing Air Fryer Steak
Ingredients

1 ribeye, NY strip, or sirloin (1–1½ inches thick)

Bossingly Bossing All-Purpose Seasoning
-
Avocado oil (light coat)

1–2 tbsp butter (optional, for finishing) and salt
Instructions

Bring to room temp
Remove steak from fridge 20–30 minutes before cooking. Pat dry. -
Season heavy
Lightly coat steak with avocado oil. Season generously on both sides with Bossingly Bossing and to taste -
Preheat air fryer
Preheat to 400°F for 3–5 minutes. -
Air fry

Place steak in basket (don’t overlap).

Cook at 400°F:

Medium-rare: 7–8 minutes total

Medium: 9–10 minutes total

Flip halfway.

Butter finish (Boss Move)
During the last minute, add butter on top of the steak and let it melt. -
Rest
Remove and rest 5 minutes to lock in juices.
Pro Tips
-
Thicker steak = better air fryer results.

For extra crust, pat steak very dry before seasoning.

Slice against the grain for max tenderness.
