Bossingly Bossing Air Fryer Steak

Ingredients

  • 1 ribeye, NY strip, or sirloin (1–1½ inches thick)

  • Bossingly Bossing All-Purpose Seasoning

  • Avocado oil (light coat)

  • 1–2 tbsp butter (optional, for finishing) and salt


Instructions

  1. Bring to room temp
    Remove steak from fridge 20–30 minutes before cooking. Pat dry.

  2. Season heavy
    Lightly coat steak with avocado oil. Season generously on both sides with  Bossingly Bossing and to taste

  3. Preheat air fryer
    Preheat to 400°F for 3–5 minutes.

  4. Air fry

    • Place steak in basket (don’t overlap).

    • Cook at 400°F:

      • Medium-rare: 7–8 minutes total

      • Medium: 9–10 minutes total

    • Flip halfway.

  5. Butter finish (Boss Move)
    During the last minute, add butter on top of the steak and let it melt.

  6. Rest
    Remove and rest 5 minutes to lock in juices.


Pro Tips

  • Thicker steak = better air fryer results.

  • For extra crust, pat steak very dry before seasoning.

  • Slice against the grain for max tenderness.
