Bossingly Bossing Compound Butter Steak

Ingredients

Compound Butter

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened

  • 1–1½ tbsp Bossingly Bossing All-Purpose Seasoning

  • 1 tsp garlic paste or finely minced garlic (optional)

  • 1 tsp fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional)

Steak

  • 1 ribeye, NY strip, or sirloin (1–1½ inches thick)

  • Bossingly Bossing All-Purpose Seasoning

  • Avocado oil or olive oil (light drizzle)


Make the Compound Butter

  1. In a bowl, mix softened butter with Bossingly Bossing seasoning, garlic, and parsley.

  2. Scoop onto plastic wrap or parchment paper.

  3. Roll into a log, twist ends, and refrigerate until firm (at least 30 minutes).


Cook the Steak

  1. Remove steak from fridge 30 minutes before cooking.

  2. Pat dry and season generously on both sides with Bossingly Bossing.

  3. Heat a cast-iron skillet over high heat. Add a light drizzle of oil.

  4. Sear steak:

    • Medium-rare: 3–4 minutes per side

    • Medium: 4–5 minutes per side

  5. During the last minute, place a thick slice of the compound butter on top and spoon the melted butter over the steak.


Rest & Serve

  • Rest steak 5–7 minutes.

  • Finish with another slice of compound butter on top.

  • Slice, serve, and let that Bossingly Bossing flavor speak for itself 💪🏽🔥
