Ingredients

For the Wings

  • 2 lbs chicken wings (split, flats & drums)

  • 2 tbsp Bossingly Bossing All-Purpose Seasoning

  • 1 tbsp baking powder (for crispy skin)

For the Homemade BBQ Sauce

  • 1 cup ketchup

  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar

  • ¼ cup brown sugar

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 tsp mustard (yellow or Dijon)

  • 1–2 tsp Bossingly Bossing seasoning (to replace salt/pepper + add depth)

  • ½ tsp smoked paprika (optional, for smoky flavor)

  • ½ tsp chili flakes or cayenne (optional, for heat)

For the Hot Honey Glaze

  • ¼ cup hot honey (or honey + hot sauce)

  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

1. Prep the Wings

  • Pat wings dry with paper towels.

  • Toss with baking powder + 1½ tbsp Bossingly Bossing seasoning until coated.

  • Let sit 15 minutes while oven/air fryer preheats.

2. Cook the Wings

  • Oven: Bake at 425°F for 40–45 min, flipping halfway.

  • Air Fryer: Cook at 390°F for 22–25 min, shaking halfway.

3. Make the Homemade BBQ Sauce

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, whisk together ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, honey, Worcestershire, mustard, Bossingly Bossing seasoning, and smoked paprika.

  • Simmer 8–10 minutes until thickened. Adjust sweetness, tang, or spice to taste.

4. Make the Hot Honey Glaze

  • In a small pan, warm hot honey with butter until melted and combined.

5. Boss Them Up

  • Toss wings in the homemade BBQ sauce first.

  • Drizzle or brush with hot honey glaze for that sticky, glossy finish.

  • Garnish with parsley or green onions.

🔥 These wings hit sweet, tangy, smoky, spicy, and savory all at once — and the Bossingly Bossing seasoning brings it all together.
