Ingredients
For the Wings

2 lbs chicken wings (split, flats & drums)

2 tbsp Bossingly Bossing All-Purpose Seasoning

1 tbsp baking powder (for crispy skin)
For the Homemade BBQ Sauce

1 cup ketchup

¼ cup apple cider vinegar

¼ cup brown sugar
-
2 tbsp honey
-
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

2 tsp mustard (yellow or Dijon)

1–2 tsp Bossingly Bossing seasoning (to replace salt/pepper + add depth)

½ tsp smoked paprika (optional, for smoky flavor)

½ tsp chili flakes or cayenne (optional, for heat)
For the Hot Honey Glaze

¼ cup hot honey (or honey + hot sauce)

1 tbsp butter
Instructions
1. Prep the Wings

Pat wings dry with paper towels.

Toss with baking powder + 1½ tbsp Bossingly Bossing seasoning until coated.

Let sit 15 minutes while oven/air fryer preheats.
2. Cook the Wings

Oven: Bake at 425°F for 40–45 min, flipping halfway.

Air Fryer: Cook at 390°F for 22–25 min, shaking halfway.
3. Make the Homemade BBQ Sauce

In a saucepan over medium heat, whisk together ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, honey, Worcestershire, mustard, Bossingly Bossing seasoning, and smoked paprika.

Simmer 8–10 minutes until thickened. Adjust sweetness, tang, or spice to taste.
4. Make the Hot Honey Glaze

In a small pan, warm hot honey with butter until melted and combined.
5. Boss Them Up

Toss wings in the homemade BBQ sauce first.
