Ingredients

1 whole snapper ( cleaned)

1½ tbsp avocado oil or olive oil

1½–2 tsp Bossingly Bossing All-Purpose Seasoning

Lemon wedges (optional, for serving)
Oven-Baked Method

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Pat red snapper dry and place on a lined baking sheet.

Drizzle oil over the fish.

Season generously on both sides with Bossingly Bossing.

Bake 12–15 minutes until flaky.

Broil 1–2 minutes for a lightly crispy finish.
Pan-Seared Method

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with oil.

Season snapper well with Bossingly Bossing.

Cook skin-side down for 4–5 minutes.

Flip and cook 2–3 minutes more until done.
Air Fryer Method

Preheat air fryer to 390°F.

Lightly oil basket and season snapper with Bossingly Bossing.
