Bossingly Bossing Red Snapper

Ingredients

  • 1 whole snapper  ( cleaned)

  • 1½ tbsp avocado oil or olive oil

  • 1½–2 tsp Bossingly Bossing All-Purpose Seasoning

  • Lemon wedges (optional, for serving)


Oven-Baked Method

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Pat red snapper dry and place on a lined baking sheet.

  3. Drizzle oil over the fish.

  4. Season generously on both sides with Bossingly Bossing.

  5. Bake 12–15 minutes until flaky.

  6. Broil 1–2 minutes for a lightly crispy finish.


Pan-Seared Method

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with oil.

  2. Season snapper well with Bossingly Bossing.

  3. Cook skin-side down for 4–5 minutes.

  4. Flip and cook 2–3 minutes more until done.


Air Fryer Method

  1. Preheat air fryer to 390°F.

  2. Lightly oil basket and season snapper with Bossingly Bossing.

  3. Cook 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.


Boss Tip

Let the seasoning sit on the fish 10 minutes before cooking to lock in flavor 🔥
