🔥 Bossingly Bossing Sausage & Rice
Ingredients:

1 lb smoked sausage (beef, pork, or chicken), sliced into coins

1 ½ cups long grain rice (not instant)Â

1 small onion, diced
-
1 small bell pepper, diced
-
2–3 cloves garlic, minced
-
2 tbsp avocado oil
-
2–3 tsp Bossingly Bossing All-Purpose Seasoning
-
3 cups chicken broth
-
Optional: 1 tsp paprika for color
-
Optional: 1 cup frozen peas, corn, or mixed veggies
-
Fresh green onion for garnish
Instructions:

Brown the Sausage

Heat avocado oil in a large pan or skillet on medium-high.

Add sliced sausage and cook until browned on both sides.

Remove sausage and set aside.

Sauté Veggies

In the same pan, add onion, bell pepper, and garlic.

Sauté 2–3 minutes until softened.

Add Bossingly Bossing seasoning and stir to coat.

Toast the Rice
-
Add the uncooked rice into the pan with the vegetables.

Stir for 1–2 minutes (this adds flavor and keeps rice fluffy).

Simmer

Pour in chicken broth and bring to a light boil.

Add sausage back into the pan.

Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer 18–22 minutes until rice is tender.

Finish & Serve

Stir in peas or corn if using.

Let sit covered 5 minutes to steam.

Garnish with chopped green onion.
