3 large russet potatoes, cut into wedges

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp Bossingly Bossing seasoning (or substitute with salt, pepper, garlic & paprika)

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.

Prepare the potatoes:

Wash and scrub potatoes well. Cut each into 8 wedges (halve, then quarter each half).

Soak in cold water for 20 minutes (optional but makes them crispier). Dry thoroughly.

Toss wedges in a large bowl with olive oil and Bossingly Bossing seasoning until fully coated.

For extra flavor, sprinkle in Parmesan or chili flakes.
