  • 3 large russet potatoes, cut into wedges

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp Bossingly Bossing seasoning (or substitute with salt, pepper, garlic & paprika)

  • Optional: 1 tbsp grated Parmesan

  • Fresh parsley for garnish

šŸ”„ Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.

  2. Prepare the potatoes:

    • Wash and scrub potatoes well. Cut each into 8 wedges (halve, then quarter each half).

    • Soak in cold water for 20 minutes (optional but makes them crispier). Dry thoroughly.

  3. Season:

    • Toss wedges in a large bowl with olive oil and Bossingly Bossing seasoning until fully coated.

    • For extra flavor, sprinkle in Parmesan or chili flakes.

  4. Bake:

    • Place wedges skin-side down on the baking sheet for maximum crisp.

    • Bake for 20 minutes, then flip and bake another 15–20 minutes until golden and crispy.

  5. Serve hot:

    • Garnish with parsley or a sprinkle of Bossingly Bossing for extra pop.
