Ingredients

1½–2 lbs russets potatoes cut into wedgesÂ

2–3 tbsp avocado oil or olive oil

1½ tbsp Bossingly Bossing All-Purpose Seasoning

4 cloves garlic, minced
-
½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
-
Optional garnish: chopped parsley or chives
Instructions
1. Prep

Preheat oven to 425°F
-
Wash and halve potatoes (keep sizes even)
2. Season
-
Toss potatoes with oil, Bossingly Bossing seasoning, and garlic until fully coated
3. Roast

Spread potatoes cut-side down on a lined baking sheet

Roast 30–35 minutes, flipping once halfway, until golden and crispy
4. Parmesan Finish
-
Remove from oven, sprinkle Parmesan evenly
-
Return to oven 5–7 minutes until cheese melts and crisps
5. Serve

Garnish if desired and serve hot
🔥 Air Fryer Option

Cook at 400°F for 18–22 minutes, shaking halfway
-
Add Parmesan during the last 3–4 minutes

For extra crunch: finish with a light broil for 1–2 minutes or add a small extra sprinkle of Parmesan right before serving.
