Garlic Parmesan Potatoes (Crispy & Boss-Level)

🧄🧀 Garlic Parmesan Potatoes (Crispy & Boss-Level)

Ingredients

  • 1½–2 lbs russets  potatoes cut into wedges 

  • 2–3 tbsp avocado oil or olive oil

  • 1½ tbsp Bossingly Bossing All-Purpose Seasoning

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • Optional garnish: chopped parsley or chives


Instructions

1. Prep

  • Preheat oven to 425°F

  • Wash and halve potatoes (keep sizes even)

2. Season

  • Toss potatoes with oil, Bossingly Bossing seasoning, and garlic until fully coated

3. Roast

  • Spread potatoes cut-side down on a lined baking sheet

  • Roast 30–35 minutes, flipping once halfway, until golden and crispy

4. Parmesan Finish

  • Remove from oven, sprinkle Parmesan evenly

  • Return to oven 5–7 minutes until cheese melts and crisps

5. Serve

  • Garnish if desired and serve hot


🔥 Air Fryer Option

  • Cook at 400°F for 18–22 minutes, shaking halfway

  • Add Parmesan during the last 3–4 minutes


Boss Tip 👑

For extra crunch: finish with a light broil for 1–2 minutes or add a small extra sprinkle of Parmesan right before serving.
