Oven-Roasted Brussels Sprouts

🥬 Oven-Roasted Brussels Sprouts

with Bossingly Bossing Seasoning

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts

  • Olive oil or avocado oil

  • Bossingly Bossing all-purpose seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. Trim the ends of Brussels sprouts and cut in half (quarter large ones).

  3. Toss with oil and Bossingly Bossing seasoning until well coated.

  4. Spread cut-side down on a baking sheet (don’t overcrowd).

  5. Roast 25–30 minutes, flipping once halfway, until:

    • Crispy edges

    • Tender centers

    • Deep golden color

Optional Finish (🔥 but not needed)

  • Toss hot sprouts with:

    • A little butter

    • Extra pinch of Bossingly Bossing

    • OR grated Parmesan

Pro Tip

  • For extra crispiness, roast on parchment or directly on a hot sheet pan.
